Female Wing Chun Class

Introduction
This introductory workshop allows you to explore the Twelve-Moves form as the basic of self-defense techniques. This is a single lesson (1.5 hours). After completing this workshop, you can sign up for “Wing Chun Self-Defense for Women” course with a total of 12 lessons.

Women’s Wing Chun Self-Defense

“Learn the twelve-move form, you will be capable of defending yourself”.

This training course uses the twelve-move form of Wing Chun and an understanding of body mechanics as the basis of self-defense techniques. The content covers how to use the Wing Chun method to protect yourself in hand-to-hand combat situations. The characteristic of Wing Chun is to use effective self-defense skills and body mechanics to defeat stronger opponents. Build your confidence by training.

2. Make good use of surroundings
3. Use techniques to defend yourself

Class Fee
$150 per lesson (2 hours)

All ladies are welcome without age restriction

Notes for registration

  1. Students are requested to arrive at the class place 15 minutes early to change their clothes, and bring their own drinking water and sweat towels.
  2. The course will provide notes and learning tools. Students must wear sportswear or loose-fitting clothes and sports shoes.
  3. In case of public holidays, severe weather warnings (including typhoon No. 8 or black rainstorm) or special accidents, the course will be postponed.
