Female Wing Chun Class
Introduction
This introductory workshop allows you to explore the Twelve-Moves form as the basic of self-defense techniques. This is a single lesson (1.5 hours). After completing this workshop, you can sign up for “Wing Chun Self-Defense for Women” course with a total of 12 lessons.
Women’s Wing Chun Self-Defense
“Learn the twelve-move form, you will be capable of defending yourself”.
This training course uses the twelve-move form of Wing Chun and an understanding of body mechanics as the basis of self-defense techniques. The content covers how to use the Wing Chun method to protect yourself in hand-to-hand combat situations. The characteristic of Wing Chun is to use effective self-defense skills and body mechanics to defeat stronger opponents. Build your confidence by training.

Notes for registration
- Students are requested to arrive at the class place 15 minutes early to change their clothes, and bring their own drinking water and sweat towels.
- The course will provide notes and learning tools. Students must wear sportswear or loose-fitting clothes and sports shoes.
- In case of public holidays, severe weather warnings (including typhoon No. 8 or black rainstorm) or special accidents, the course will be postponed.
