It was from the book “Authentic Foshan Wing Chun” I came to know Seefu Cheung Yung. Since then, I have been taking private lessons with him. In Wing Chun, from 3 forms to butterfly sword, and to 6 1/2 point pole, every move is simple but they always come with a broad and profound implication and application. Wing Chun is difficult to learn and even more so to master it. Seefu also shared with me the true meaning of Wing Chun. Not only is Wing Chun a martial art system, but it also has a deeper meaning than meets the eye. For instance, one of the WingChun sayings “Come & Receive, Go and Dispatch” is to let nature take its course, not to resist as well as not to withdraw.
